Terms of Service

By using USDX you agree to the terms described below. Please read them carefully — they govern your relationship with the platform.

Última actualización: April 18, 2026

1.Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the USDX platform, accessible at usdx.ar and its subdomains (the "Service"), operated by the USDX team ("we", "our", or "USDX").

By creating an account, accessing or using the Service, you expressly and unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

USDX is currently in private beta. Some features may change, become unavailable or have limitations without prior notice.

2.Definitions

User: an individual over 18 years of age who creates an account on USDX.

Merchant: a User approved as a high-volume operator (P2P, OTC or other).

Staff: a User who accesses a Merchant panel with permissions delegated by the owner.

Supported Exchanges: Binance, OKX, Bybit, Bitget, BingX, KuCoin and others we publish.

Supported Wallets: MetaMask, Ledger, Trust, WalletConnect and others we publish.

3.Service description

USDX is a multi-venue aggregator that lets Users connect their accounts at supported Exchanges and Wallets via read-only or trading API keys, view a consolidated portfolio and (when available) execute orders seeking the best combination of price, liquidity and fees.

USDX is not an exchange. USDX does not custody funds. Funds always remain in the User's accounts at their connected Exchanges or Wallets.

USDX never requests, stores or uses withdrawal permissions on API keys.

4.User accounts

To use the Service you must create an account with a valid email address. Authentication is handled via Google OAuth or other providers we publish.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and must notify USDX immediately of any unauthorized use.

USDX may request additional information and verification documents (KYC) to approve you as a Merchant.

USDX may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms, show suspicious activity or appear on international sanctions lists.

5.Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Service for:

  • Money laundering, terrorism financing or any illegal activity.
  • Tax evasion or any conduct prohibited by applicable tax law.
  • Fraud, scams, phishing or identity theft.
  • Market manipulation, wash trading, front-running, pump-and-dump.
  • Aggressive automation that compromises the integrity of the Service or supported Exchanges.
  • Unauthorized access, reverse engineering, scraping or any attempt to compromise Service security.
  • Infringement of USDX or third-party intellectual property rights.

Breach entitles USDX to immediately suspend or cancel the account and report to competent authorities.

6.Merchants and staff

Users may apply to become a Merchant by completing the application form and biometric verification (KYC).

Approval is discretionary and depends on documentation, history and reputation review.

The Merchant owner is responsible for the actions of their Staff within the panel. Permissions can be delegated through the manager, editor, operator and viewer roles.

USDX may suspend, re-verify or terminate Merchant accounts on breach or regulatory grounds.

7.P2P operations and escrow

USDX provides a P2P intermediation service allowing counterparties to operate with verified Merchants through a simulated escrow mechanism administered by the platform.

  • Merchants publish ads with price, payment methods and time windows. Counterparties open orders within the permitted range.
  • Upon opening, the system records a crypto lock (escrow) in favor of the receiver. If fiat payment is confirmed, the escrow releases; if cancelled or expired, it refunds.
  • Payment window is ad-configurable (5–120 minutes). At expiry the order auto-expires.
  • Active-order limits apply per counterparty (global and per Merchant) and may be adjusted at USDX's or the Merchant's discretion.
  • Either party can cancel, dispute or — in the case of Merchants — block the counterparty for inappropriate conduct.
  • Disputes are resolved by authorized USDX staff reviewing the chat, declared payment method and receipts. Resolutions are final for operational purposes.
  • Chat content, attachments and order history are retained for audit, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution, subject to the Privacy Policy.

USDX is not a party to the fiat payment obligations between counterparty and Merchant. USDX intervenes solely by administering the crypto escrow and providing communication and dispute tools.

You represent that the funds used are of lawful origin and accept that USDX may request additional documentation at any time.

8.Crypto risks

You acknowledge that trading crypto involves significant risks, including but not limited to: high volatility, total or partial capital loss, operational errors, technical failures of third-party Exchanges and regulatory changes.

USDX does not guarantee any financial outcome. Investment decisions are made at the User's sole risk.

USDX does not provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

9.Intellectual property

All intellectual-property rights to the Service — including software, design, trademarks, domains, logos, documentation and content — are the exclusive property of USDX.

No license is granted beyond a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.

10.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, USDX shall not be liable for direct, indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, service interruptions, third-party errors (including Exchanges and KYC providers), or any damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

USDX's total liability to any User, for any cause, is limited to the amount actually paid by the User to USDX in the last 12 months, or USD 1,000, whichever is lower.

11.Indemnification

You agree to hold USDX, its directors, employees and providers harmless against third-party claims arising from improper use of the Service, including reasonable legal fees and defense costs.

12.Changes to the Service and the Terms

USDX may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service in whole or in part at any time, with or without notice.

USDX may update these Terms. Updates will be published on this page with the indicated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new version.

13.Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing legal@usdx.ar.

USDX may suspend or terminate an account on breach, regulatory risk or failure to complete KYC.

Termination does not affect obligations accrued before it or provisions that by nature must survive.

14.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.

Any dispute shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, excluding any other forum or jurisdiction.
